We are not the installation company - we pass your details to a partner who will assess your property and, if eligible, carry out the installation under a separate lease agreement directly between you and them.
By submitting an enquiry through this website, you are requesting that we check whether your address falls within an uncovered area of the LoRaWAN network and pass your details to our installation partner accordingly.
2. No guarantee of eligibility or payment
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that your property is eligible for installation, that an aerial will be installed, or that you will receive any payment. Eligibility is determined solely by our installation partner based on network coverage requirements. We make no warranties regarding availability in any specific area.
The £350 annual figure quoted on this website is based on standard rates at the time of writing and is subject to change. The definitive terms of any lease agreement, including payment amounts and schedule, will be set out in the agreement you sign directly with the installation partner.
3. Referral scheme
The refer-a-friend scheme is subject to the following conditions:
- A referral payment of £75 is made per successful referral, defined as a referred person signing a lease and having an aerial installed.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals, but referrals must be genuine - referring yourself, household members, or fictitious persons is not permitted and may result in disqualification.
- By submitting a referral, you confirm that the referred person has consented to being contacted by us in connection with the scheme.
- Referral payments are made by our installation partner, not directly by SignalLease. We cannot guarantee payment timescales but will follow up on your behalf where necessary.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral scheme at any time. Any referrals submitted before such changes remain eligible under the terms at the time of submission.
4. Accuracy of information
