SignalLease ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name used by an independent sole trader based in the United Kingdom, operating this website at signallease.co.uk. We act as a referral agent connecting property owners with LoRaWAN aerial installation providers across the UK.
For the purposes of UK GDPR, the sole trader operating SignalLease is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, or wish to exercise your rights, please email hello@signallease.co.uk.
2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms. This includes:

- Your property's house name or number, and postcode
- Your email address
- Your phone number
We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. These are not linked to personal identities.

- Our installation partner - to assess your property and arrange installation. They act as a data processor on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
- Our hosting provider - the website and your submitted enquiry are stored on our web hosting. Enquiry data is kept in a non-public location on the server; the provider does not otherwise access or process it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. We don't set cookies, and we don't profile you or track you across other sites.
Fonts are served directly from this website, not from a third-party font service, so your browser never contacts Google or anyone else to load them, and no data about you is shared in the process.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to process your request. Where an installation takes place and a lease is signed, data related to the lease agreement will be retained for the duration of the agreement plus 6 years, in line with standard UK contractual record-keeping requirements.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), where we have no legal obligation to retain it

Our website is served over HTTPS, so form submissions are encrypted in transit. Enquiry data is stored in a location on our server that is not accessible from the web. We do not store payment card details.
